Posted on November 15, 2013 in Social Media, Twitter

Firstly lets cover what is a hashtag?

The # symbol, called a hashtag, is used to mark keywords or topics in a Tweet. It was created organically by Twitter users as a way to categorise messages

Hashtags have become synonymous with Twitter, serving to filter what can otherwise be a wide array of difficult-to-categorise information.

So with the importance of the hashtag on Twitter how do you choose the right hashtag for your Twitter campaign?
